Specialization in Clinical Nutrition by Centro Universitário São Camilo (1994). Post-graduated in Marketing from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (1992). Member of the GEA (Food Study Group). 12 years of experience in the administration of industrial and hospital food service in companies such as Agaprint Informática, Termomecanica and UNISA (University of Santo Amaro), working at Hospital Escola Wladimir Arruda and Hospital Geral do Grajaú; 6 years of experience as a teacher for university courses in the health area (nursing, physiotherapy, etc.) and 13 years of experience in the Population Health Management segment in leading a multidisciplinary team focused on technical support processes, content management, analysis of population risk, technical training and quality.

He has extensive experience in the segment of meals for groups working in medium and large companies. Experience also in the School Meals segment in several Brazilian states managing large companies. Taught classes in technical courses on nutrition and dietetics at technical schools and at Senac Santo André. He is currently a member of the GEA Group (Food Study Group).
