Management 2020-2023

A gestão 2026–2029 da Associação Paulista de Nutrição (APAN) foi formada com o compromisso de fortalecer as entidades de classe, promover a união entre os profissionais da área de Nutrição e desenvolver suas ações pautadas em evidências científicas, sempre respeitando a trajetória e o legado daqueles que contribuíram para a construção da história da Associação.

Com atuação inteiramente voluntária, a diretoria dedicou seus esforços à valorização profissional e ao fortalecimento da educação continuada, incentivando a qualificação constante e a participação ativa dos profissionais nas discussões que impactam a categoria.

Entre os marcos do início dessa gestão, destaca-se a realização do I Fórum de Técnicos em Nutrição e Dietética (Fórum TND), iniciativa pioneira da APAN voltada exclusivamente aos Técnicos em Nutrição e Dietética. O evento representou um importante espaço para atualização científica, troca de experiências e fortalecimento da identidade profissional, reafirmando o compromisso da Associação com uma atuação inclusiva e representativa.

A seguir, conheça os integrantes da Diretoria da Gestão 2026–2029 e suas trajetórias profissionais, que contribuíram de forma voluntária para o desenvolvimento e fortalecimento da APAN e da profissão.

Solange Malentachi Abreu

1st Treasurer

Nutritionist graduated from Centro Universitário São Camilo (1987). Master in Maternal and Child Health from Santo Amaro University (2003). Specialization in Clinical Nutrition by Centro Universitário São Camilo (1994). Post-graduated in Marketing from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (1992). Member of the GEA (Food Study Group). 12 years of experience in the administration of industrial and hospital food service in companies such as Agaprint Informática, Termomecanica and UNISA (University of Santo Amaro), working at Hospital Escola Wladimir Arruda and Hospital Geral do Grajaú; 6 years of experience as a teacher for university courses in the health area (nursing, physiotherapy, etc.) and 13 years of experience in the Population Health Management segment in leading a multidisciplinary team focused on technical support processes, content management, analysis of population risk, technical training and quality.

Sabrina Viana

2nd Secretary

Nutritionist graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP). Master of Science from the Faculty of Public Health - FSP / USP. Post-graduation in Applied Human Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (Insert Educational) and in Food Behavior (IPGS). Works in private practice. Professor and internship coordinator of the Nutrition course at UNASP. Coordinator of the Postgraduate course in Vegetarianism and Lifestyle (UNASP).

Denise Cussioli Gonçalves de Sousa

Delegate ASBRAN

Nutritionist graduated from Universidade Guarulhos (UNG). With full degree (FNDE / MEC / CPS-2016), Specialization in Restaurateur Master and Financial (School of Business Management in Gastronomy - EGG-2019) Specialization in Nutrition, Public Health, Consumption and Communication (Fecnaup-Porto_Portugal-2014), Specialization in Gastronomy (Universidade Anhembi Morumbi-2007) Worked for 20 years in a large multinational company in the Premium food segment for companies, focusing on differentiated contracts, aimed at retail and cash sales, mobilizing experience in quality control, production processes, planning and development of gastronomic standards, financial management and controls, internal audit in environmental management systems ISO 14001: 2004. Works with Consulting and Advisory Services in Food and teaches technical courses in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Nutritionist Graduated from Universidade Bandeirantes. Post - graduated in pedagogical training at Centro Paula Souza. Post-graduated in Health Surveillance and Management. Undergraduate teacher and Nutrition Technician course. Works in Consulting and Advisory Services in Food.

Renata Juliana da Silva

Scientific Technical Council

PhD and Master in Morphofunctional Sciences - ICB / USP; Specialist in Physiology and Metabolism Applied to Nutrition and Physical Activity - ICB / USP; Bachelor of Nutrition - USJT / CRN-3: 24411; Technician in Nutrition and Dietetics at ETEC Getúlio Vargas; Coordinator of the Technical Course Integrated to High School (ETIM) in Nutrition and Dietetics - ETEC Uirapuru; Professor at Centro Paula Souza (Technician in Nutrition and Dietetics; Technician in Kitchen with emphasis on Gastronomy); Professor of Postgraduate courses in the disciplines of: Neuroendocrine control of eating behavior, Nutritional Genomics, Metabolic programming, Sports Nutrition, Biochemistry applied to Nutrition, Intestinal microbiota; Member of the APAN Scientific Technical Commission (2020-2023).

Sandra de Azevedo Silva Souza

Fiscal Council

Nutritionist graduated from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC) and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Santo André. He has extensive experience in the segment of meals for groups working in medium and large companies. Experience also in the School Meals segment in several Brazilian states managing large companies. Taught classes in technical courses on nutrition and dietetics at technical schools and at Senac Santo André. He is currently a member of the GEA Group (Food Study Group).

Ana Paula do Patrocinio

Scientific Technical Council

Nutritionist graduated from Universidade Nove de Julho. Degree in Pedagogy for Vocational Technical Education by Fatec. Technician in Administration at Centro Paula Souza. Postgraduate Student in Continuing Health Education at Anhanguera University. Experience in Food Business Management, having worked in the implementation of several public and private hospital units. He has been working in the teaching of technical and higher education since 2015, with an emphasis on supervising Internships in Collective Health. Currently performs consultancy services for Commercial Restaurants and as a Nutritionist Preceptor of Internship at Centro Universitário FMU
